Puerto Rico invite foodies from all over the world to the biggest Food & Wine festival in the Caribbean, Saborea Puerto Rico (Savor Puerto Rico). The celebration begins on Friday, April 4 , with the Inside Taste Dinner that will be held at the Condado Plaza Hilton. In this scenario , about 20 distinguished chefs cook Puerto Rico 3-course dinner for 10 guests per table, in front of their eyes. For the third year attendees will enjoy a great taste experience. The event will be held at the Escambrón beach Saturday, April 5 and Sunday 6 from 11am to 4pm.

This year we will have the best of local talent highlighting their best dishes in the Demonstration Theatre, as well as major international figures from the likes of Deborah Mazar and Corcos of Extra Virgin Gabrielle the Cooking Channel program; Susie Jimenez of the seventh edition of the Next Food Network star , Brian Voltaggio of Top Chef and Top Chef Masters and renowned chocolatier of Hollywood stars and named one of the ” 30 Under 30″ by Forbes magazine , Jonathan Grahm .
Also, in addition to performances at the Theatre, Taste Puerto Rico with the participation of over 60 local restaurants, wine houses, beer and distilled spirits in the Tasting Pavilion. Also returning representatives of Californians vineyards, as special guests give the best of their crops.
