Bolitas Up in the mountains of Naranjito there is a hidden gem that makes an interesting twist of one Puerto Rico’s national plates, ” Mofongo”. Chef Amaury Berrios has channeled his creativity into making bitesize tasty Mofongo morsels that pack as much flavor punch as bigger has come up with a recipe of Mofongo Balls (bolitas). From there comes the restaurant name “Bolitas” (miniature balls).
