Ropa Vieja Grill

Ropa Vieja has been one of the island’s most popular restaurants for good reason.  The Cuba-Rican fare is everything you’ve heard about done to perfection.  The mofongos, rice “congris”, paellas, mojitos and of course the pulled beef “Ropa Vieja”.  Restaurateur Luis Dana is a favorite of ours that is constantly insuring the nightly experience as one that is sophisticated and worth the price of admission.   Sister restaurant Caramelo is all that plus a sushi bar & equally bustling in the demanding Guaynabo area as goers come time and again for their favorites.
